A well-known establishment in Goleta is looking for an Innovation Center Maintenance Lead to join their team. They are looking for someone who can manage the processes maintenance area. Someone who can lead the Pilot Plant techs in terms of how to maintain equipment as well as do the job themselves. Someone who can be a mentor to the technicians. Range is $77k. Willing to do temp or perm. Looking for someone that can start ASAP.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the technical center with daily maintenance tasks.
• Have command of all software systems and databases used in pilot plant maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance tasks and work order requests (mechanical and electrical).
• Lead in executing CAPEX and standard purchase projects in the pilot plant by scoping / planning the work with contractors
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma required.
• 7 years of maintenance experience, preferably in food processing, is a plus.
• Steam Engineer license or at least one year as a boiler operator.
• Possess all required safety certifications.
