Injection Molding Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on tools during night shift.

• Pull tools where production is completed to avoid overruns.

• Assist night shift Supervisor to pull tools when needed due to a Quality reject.

• Re start machine after tool changes are completed.

• Repair broken ejectors as needed and put tools back in production.

• Follows all Occupational Safety and Health Policies and Procedures.

• Reports any Safety deficiency to immediate supervisor.

• Follows Human Resources Policies and Procedures.

Understands and complies with all Departmental Quality Policies and Procedures

MINIMUN JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3 years of experience in handling tools

• Microsoft office

• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work within teams as well as independently.
