New opportunity in Two Rivers, WI for an Injection Molding Technician with a leading company in the area! As an Injection Molding Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Injection Molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
**This role is on 3rd shift**
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Injection Molding machines according to production and BOM specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and apply corrective actions to minimize ongoing issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Injection Molding machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Prior experience with Injection Molding or plastic manufacturing
- Great computer literacy - Microsoft Office and ERP
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for processing and robotics
- Tooling knowledge
