Essential Functions

• Verify cycle time to Master Set Up documentation
• Set up secondary equipment if applicable and assist in process improvements
• Visually inspect parts to PQS for nonconformities before giving to QA for run approval
• Respond to equipment alarms and process control signals
• Perform daily PM on molds to achieve quality parts
• Assist in training and evaluating machine operators
• Follow the documented TS16949:2002 quality system
• All other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School diploma or GED

Experience/Skills/Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand instructions in the English language
• Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language to exchange process and technical information with
• Must be able to concentrate effectively on both detailed and broad tasks to successfully execute essential functions
• Must be able to accurately calculate intermediate mathematical problems including averages
• Must be able to Trouble Shoot defects to determine root cause
• Must possess a high degree of knowledge regarding Injection Molding Process and equipment to successfully execute essential functions
• Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company

Must follow the 2S standard in production area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
