Swift Pools is a leading swimming pool company that has been designing and building custom in-ground pools for over 45 years. We are seeking Inground Pool Builders to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation and preparation of the pool site
- Assist with the installation of pool liners.
- Assist with the installation of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but some experience in construction or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including working outdoors and lifting heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation
