JOB DISCRIPTION
COORCDINATING AND ADMINISTERING THERAPEUTIC IV treatments and infusions
Performing patient assessments
Monitoring patient responses to treatment
Developing care plans
Managing complications with infusion therapies
Reviewing lab reports and medication information
Educating patients and caregivers
Education / License/Certification
RN / Bachelor Degree, Nclex (Mandatory)
Master degree holders with Nclex will be given consideration as this is a management position
Skills
IV Infusion
Be highly skilled at performing venipuncture
Possess keen assessment and monitoring skills
Possess knowledge of different IV medications, fluid and blood products
Be aware of infection
