What you will be doing:
- Support the development of a meter cluster or heads-up display.
- Confirm market competitiveness of the design concepts.
- Develop initial specification or modify specification to meet design objectives.
- Create and manage the development schedule related to the parts assigned to them.
- Work within verification teams and purchasing to support in supplier selection.
- Development and finalization of the meter cluster specification with the Tier 1 supplier.
- Completing and working with supplier to complete necessary testing for the assigned parts.
- Reviewing test results and support summary for evaluations, certification and verifications.
What you'll need to be successful:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering and the designated amount of experience is required. Knowledge of electrical hardware and software fundamentals required.
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Ability and experience to make reports in Microsoft Tools (Work, Excel, Powerport, etc)
Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira) experience - Knowledge and experience with electrical testing equipment (Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, etc)
- Knowledge of CAN communication networks
- Experience with Automotive or Infotainment development
