Job Description
Under direct supervision, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist students and community members with questions regarding connectivity to Internet tools and aid with browsing, completing online forms securely.
• Boost digital literacy through on-spot assistance with instructions, coaching, and technical support.
• Assist students and community members regarding common computer systems setup and connectivity.
• Loan out and provide tech support for equipment.
