As a Premium Hospitality Concierge, you'll play a vital role in upholding this legacy by delivering world-class service to our most valued guests.

Make a Difference Every Event: You'll be the face of the Raiders Premium Hospitality, providing personalized, customer-oriented attention and proactive service to our Premium clients throughout every Allegiant Stadium event. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service will help us craft memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

What You'll Do:

• Be a champion for our Premium clients - anticipate their needs, resolve any issues, and ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable gameday experience.
• Become an Allegiant Stadium expert - know our policies, procedures, seating layouts, locations, and key personnel inside and out.
• Foster connections - greet guests with a smile, build rapport, and create a welcoming environment that fosters lasting relationships.
• Be a problem-solver - identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and proactively address any challenges that may arise.
• Be a team player - collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a unified and exceptional service experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide customized Premium level service to guests by being proactive with their requests and attending to their needs during all Allegiant Stadium events.
• Conduct pre and post-event checklists of all Premium seating areas to ensure expectations are met.
• Proactively greet and welcome Premium guests as they enter Allegiant Stadium.
• Positioned at designated locations to develop rapport and positive relationships with Premium clients and their guests.
• Identify opportunities to create memorable experiences that are unique to our Premium clients.
• Resolve ticketing, seating, and wayfinding issues encountered by Premium guests.
• Maintain integrity for all Premium spaces by managing lines and performing thorough checks for valid entry.
• Retain an extensive knowledge of Allegiant Stadium policies and procedures, seating sections, and key stadium personnel.
• Work cooperatively with all Teammates at Allegiant Stadium.

• All other duties as assigned.

Detailed Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage complex situations.
• Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Established professional, personable and dedicated work ethic. Works well in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends according to the Raiders home schedule and events schedule.
• Must be available for AT LEAST 80% of all Raiders home games & events at Allegiant Stadium.
• Respects and understands client and celebrity confidentiality.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

• Frequent walking, standing for long periods of time, and stair climbing

• Occasional bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
