SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The IT coop must have an understanding of IT operations along with an unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. If you enjoy working with highly collaborative teams with customer focus then we highly encourage you to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Employee lifecycle management (onboarding and offboarding)
- Managing the helpdesk ticketing queue, resolving requests in a timely manner.
- Supporting our employees both in office and remotely.
- Deploying new software and hardware to our employees using MDM tools.
- Configuring and maintaining office hardware like printers, laptops/desktops/servers
- Provide technical support for large scale meetings.
- Work with vendor for IT related equipment
- Create and update documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or Master's with major in Computer Science/Information technology or related IT fields
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft application
- Understanding of computer, networks and infrastructure
- Proficient in mobile devices and applications
- Excellent people-skills (outgoing, approachable, motivated to help), including the ability to train end users on security and other aspects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player
- Minimum 20 hours per week
