Global company looking for a Information Security Manager to help lead a team of 2 Security engineers with the potential of expanding the team to more contractors. This person will be responsible for managing the daily and monthly tasks of the security engineers. This person will be building out reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs within the newly implemented security tools. The ideal candidate would be someone who does not need supervision and can come in and lead the team members to achieve the tasks and goals for the program.

Top Skills' Details
1. 5+ years people management/team lead experience within a security team- should not need to supervise this person
2. 5+ years of experience building out metrics, dashboards, reporting, and KPI's
3. Experience integrating security tools. Nice to have- Hands on experience with Secureworks, Tenable, Tanium, and Crowdstrike
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Risk management. If they come from a SOC management role that would be a plus.
