POSITION SUMMARY
Process all travel authorizations and claims for the college adhering to the policies and procedures of the college and TBR. Upload funds and reconcile expenses for the Athletic Department’s debit cards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Process all travel authorizations and claims adhering to the policies and procedures of the college and TBR.
Upload funds and reconcile expenses on athletic debit cards, and prepare related journal entries.
Prepare journal entries for catering services and motor vehicle use. Distribute accounts payable checks. Process checks by mail.
Utilize BDMS for storing all journal entries for the college. Prepare Foundation checks for signature. Serve as a receptionist for the Business Office and President.

Knowledge of accounting information systems; basic principles and practices of accounting
Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and training: High School Diploma or GED. Four years office experience including experience with software packages
Work Experience: Two years in accounting (prefer experience using automated accounting systems)
Projected Salary Range: $33,670 - $40,400
