Information Entry Clerk - Remote/Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Information Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into our company database.

As an Information Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential in ensuring that information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information into the company database
• Verify and correct data errors as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Assist with troubleshooting database issues
• Retrieve and prepare reports as requested
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes
• Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and checks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with database management systems is a plus
