We are seeking a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented, hyper-organized administrator with a medical background.
The Informatics Coordinator (IC) will join the Informatics Division of Float Health.
Core daily tasks include intake and organization of protected health information, data entry, database management, and both verbal and written communication with customers, patients, and clients. These duties involve file and database management, data entry, faxing, and phone communication.
Medical literacy and medical administrative experience is strongly preferred.
The IC is expected to demonstrate Float Health's commitment to exceptional customer service, friendliness, efficiency, and teamwork in all interactions. The IC will be required to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment, so must be efficient, detail-oriented, reliable, and thorough. The IC must be flexible in an ever-changing work environment and be open to an evolving role as Float's operational and technological systems continue to grow.
Hour requirements: Monday to Friday 11:30am-7:30pm Pacific Time (40 hours per week)
Weekend on-call coverage may be occasionally required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
