- Department: Relationship and Demand Management
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday - Friday
- Location: Onsite, Via Christi St. Francis
- Coordinate and/or lead project tasks as assigned. Can establish trust and build strong relationships with clinicians, leadership and partners
- Able to communicate with various levels of users within the organization
- Writes clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles while tailoring the message based on audience
- Ability to document clearly and concisely for communications and workflows
- Embraces change and is not limited to past or current thinking: willing to try new methods
- Disseminates communications as needed (physical flyers, safety huddles, department rounds)
- Onboarding readiness preparation
- EHR Training, Dragon, EPCS, at-the-elbow support, rounding/end user adoption
- Project go-live support (rounds, elbow support, training, etc)
- Downtime / outage support
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
- Cinical background
- Cerner experience
