Seeking focused team player to join our informatics team.

Job Description:

Full Time position with a focus in building and managing Epic scheduling and registration applications (Cadence/Prelude)

Position requires a bi-monthly shift of call rotation

Wil be required to work across all Iowa Specialty locations

Epic certification is required or will be needed within 6 months of hire

Job Duties:

Primary duty of maintaining provider specific scheduling templates in EPIC EMR database, along with visit type creation and logic.

Manage 3rd party integration software for appointment reminders.

Additional duties to include supporting teams across primary and specialty acute/ambulatory care, inpatient, OB, and ER support while working with clinicians, and deploying workflow process.

Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills required.

Will need to be able to multi-task
