The Role:
Cognizant is seeking an innovative ETL Talend Developer for the use of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative that powers modern business. 8+ Overall years of strong Talend ETL development and production support experience
Experience in Data Warehouse Solution Design Support and Data Analytics
Should understand the overall system landscape upstream and downstream systems
Should be able understand ETL tech specifications and develop the code efficiently
Ability to demonstrate Talend functions to the achieve best results
Skilled in code review and deployment to production environments
Experienced in managing change requests for production activities
Demonstrating performance tuning in Talend
Providing crucial organizational change support for implementation and conducting post release validation
Hands on experience in solving common issues and alerts in Talend knowledge of handling disaster recovery activities
Experience in capturing job statistics in Talend and analyse failure and provide improvement plan
Proficiency in identifying and addressing issues and limitations specific to Talend
Exposure to working with any cloud database and understanding its functionalities such as GCP BQ, AWS Redshift.
Exposure to IICS, Python, and Shell Scripting ControlM GCP Storage GCP BQ DataFlow GCP Composer AWS S is desired
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
Leads collaborators and multiple large multi-functional project teams for Support delivery Work experience on Agile project
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[120,000 - 135,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
