Cognizant is seek a GenAI Solution Architect to join the Analytics team. GenAI Solutions Architect is a technologist with deep Human Resource domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature design. GenAI solution architects combine technical skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning with business acumen. The candidate will be focused on supporting the Human Resources department throughout the engagement lifecycle and working closely with the teams that support development and implementation.
Responsibilities :
Qualifications
• Overall, 10-12 years of strong ETL development and Architecting experience.
• Experience in Data Warehouse, Solution Design and Data Analytics.
• Requirement Gathering: Understand, Interpret, and clarify Functional requirements as well as technical requirements.
• Should understand the overall system landscape, upstream and downstream systems.
• Should be able understand ETL tech specifications and develop the code efficiently.
• Ability to leverage Informatica Cloud features/functions to the achieve best results.
• Handson experience in performance tuning, pushdown optimization in IICS.
• Exposure to Talend, GCP BQ, SQL and UNIX scripting.
• Exposure to Python and Shell Scripting, Control-M, GCP Data Flow, GCP Composer is desired.
• Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.
• Collaborates with and leads multiple large cross-functional project teams for requirements& delivery.
• Provide guidance on debugging and problem-solving.
• Review and optimize ETL tech specifications and code developed by the team.
• Ensure alignment with overall system architecture and data flow.
• Work experience on Agile project.
The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
