Performs duties related to preparation, packaging, storage, and inventory of infant and pediatric formulas and related supplies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Your role
- Verifies patient identifiers and nutrition orders daily, facilitates order clarifications, and creates patient labels. Logs orders that are prepared.
- Manages nutrition recipes. Verifies recipes with the registered dietitian. Publishes verified recipes for storage in the nutrition room. Makes discharge recipes available.
- Prepares infant and pediatric formulas that may include ready to feed liquid, liquid concentrate, powder, modular components, and human milk using verified recipes.
