The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Industrial Security Manager(Level K) to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 5+ years of Industrial Security
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
• Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 6 years
• Successfully completed a Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 6 years or have you been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program such that periodic updates are no longer required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
• 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay range: $103,700 - $140,300
