Job DescriptionDescription:
+ Responsible for the quality, preparation, and application of various paint materials and coatings of parts.
+ Under the direction of the production supervisor, other duties may include performing inspections, cleanup, storage and disposal of paint products while operating various tools and equipment and supporting a safe and professional work environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of manufacturing coating application or other coating experience
+ Technical school certificate in related field (preferred)
+ Understanding of LEAN and 6 Sigma Principles
+ General knowledge of standard computer programs including Microsoft Office products
+ Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
+ Main customers are Boeing, Airbus, Blue Origin, etc
+ Very very clean shop with clean processes
+ 100% paid benefits
