Industrial Maintenance Technician

Country Archer is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians. Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in food and / or beverage manufacturing is a MUST. May be required to work weekends and holidays. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery necessary to run production lines in RAW and RTE.

Shift: 2:30 am to 11:00 am, Monday through Friday (Saturday as needed).

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for execution of Preventative Maintenance Duties.
• Responsible for repair of equipment per written Maintenance procedures outlined in FSM015.
• Repair most manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Records preventative maintenance tasks and work orders in timely manner.
• Assesses and troubleshoot problems with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Interprets blue prints and schematics.
• Understands electrical wiring.
• Understands Lock Out Tag Out Procedures
• Experience with Packaging Equipment (scale, case sealer, band sealers, cutter, ovens, etc.)
• Perform and document preventative maintenance.
• Uses all standard tools of the trade.
• Practices and follows safety requirements.
• Completes documents as required by department guidelines
• Complies with all SOP's and GMP's
• Responsible for executing all duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have 4+ years of maintenance experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
• Must have basic to advance electrical knowledge
• Must have basic computer Microsoft Office 365
• High School Diploma/GED required, certification preferred
• Must be flexible to change of priorities on assigned tasks.
• Must be able to communicate and interface on all levels effectively.
