General Summary:
Utilize knowledge from IDPH and other state licensures to conduct daily activities, and consistently exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of such activities. Conduct asbestos and/or lead based paint inspections, project management oversight and air sampling during abatement activities. Conduct OSHA Compliance monitoring. Conduct air quality surveys. Prepare a report based on these duties.
General responsibilities include:
- Conducting Investigations
- Conducting on-site Abatement Project Management
- Conducting Air Sampling
- Conducting Mold Evaluations
- Assisting in the development of Project Designs
- Conducting Lead Inspections, Risk Assessments and Clearance Sampling
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have three years of experience
- Reliable auto
- Valid driver’s license
- Short-range travel required. Mileage is reimbursable.
