Industrial Hygiene Program Manager

Job Description
A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add an Industrial Hygiene Program Manager to their Toledo team!
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing operations and financial success of the program including setting/achieving annual program revenue and gross-margin objectives
• Manage all aspects of projects including staff, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and customer expectations
• Ensure that services meet/exceed client requirements
• Build/maintain client relationships
• Manage proposal process including seeking opportunities (monitor designated sites, canvasing clients, and collaborating with peers)
• Serve as both Contract Manager and Senior Client Manager
• Promote efficiencies within the organization
• Lead, support, and develop the team
• Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

• BS in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety or a related field
• 8+ years of Industrial Hygiene consulting (including asbestos, lead-based paint, and hazardous materials surveys and air monitoring services)
• 5+ years of project/program management experience
• Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) designation
• Experience with the preparation/completion of technical reports with minimal oversight
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and MS Project
• Ability to work outdoors year round
• Travel up to 25% of the time (including overnights)
• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hr refresher preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
