This person will be spending their time implementing new machinery, leaning out current processes, and looking for cost savings opportunities. The ideal candidate offers strong experience in these areas, is a self-starter and can identify and execute Industrial Engineer projects with little direction and oversight.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Perform time studies
- Write detailed work instructions for manufacturing operations
- Capital equipment procurement and integration
