As an Industrial Engineer you’ll be responsible for working with and validating all processes to make sure the site is performing at its most efficient level.

What you’ll do
Work with the 3PL team to come up with best practices to ensure highest level of delivery lead times to the customer
Verify all numbers from 3PL to ensure data accuracy
Create and maintain site layouts including station designs, WIP queues, and warehouse flow
Involvement in all facets of the system from workstation design, analyzing operations, creating site layouts, creating manufacturing standards, shop floor problem solving and assisting with growth planning
Utilize Industrial Engineering techniques and Lean concepts such as value stream mapping, waste identification, root cause analysis problem solving, etc.
Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
5+ years of direct Industrial engineering work related experience
Experience with developing and documenting procedures
Advanced knowledge of warehouse operations, processes, and standards
Project Management experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $115,300- $169,070 USD
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 15%
