Maintenance Electrician
Painesville, OH
$30-40/HR
The Maintenance Electrician will join a large, well-known Food Manufacturing company.
Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, and enhancing electrical systems and components including low and medium voltage systems and circuits
- Conducting predictive and preventive electrical work to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment and facilities
- Keeping work environment clean and orderly
- Following all safety practices
- Reading and comprehending various schematics and blueprints
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
- Completing all other duties as assigned
Maintenance Electrician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- 3-5 years of experience in an Electrician role, preferably in a mining environment
- Basic computer skills, preferred
- Must be available to work any shift
- Must have the ability to work overtime (including holidays and weekends) as needed
- Work in this position may take place outdoors and be subject to weather conditions
- Work may also take place in an underground mine
