***This role will be based in the state of Arkansas and will need the independent representative based in this territory. This role will have a potential commission of $230,000 per year with no cap on commission. Duro-Last is a subsidiary of Holcim Building Envelope and is looking to grow our team.***
Duro-Last began in 1978 with the simple need to find a roofing system that worked. Existing
roofing systems presented a common problem – they required ongoing maintenance and continual
expense, with no long-term solution in sight. Our Founder, John R. Burt, used his experience in
fabricating pool liners to develop a remarkable new roofing membrane. To solve this problem we
brought our roofing system “in-house" developing patented prefabrication methods and specialized
equipment that allows us to complete nearly 100% of the difficult roof details and up to 85% of
field seams under ideal factory controlled conditions. The result is lower on-site labor costs and
better installation quality. Duro-Last is now the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated
roofing systems. The Duro-Last Roofing System, contractor installation team, customer service and
warranty all set the quality standards for the roofing industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Promote and drive sales for Duro-Last in a specified territory
Develop and drive business through a network of authorized dealers to increase sales of
Duro-Last products in the specified territory.
Provide service, training, mentorship, and guidance to network of customers. (Roofing
Contractors)
Call on, sell, educate, and market to a base of roofing contractors, building owners,
architects and consultants located in the assigned territory with the goal of increasing the
use of Duro-Last products within the territory.

business sales. This is for an exclusive sales territory where uncapped commissions can be earned.
Skill and Behavior Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
Outside sales experience is required
Roofing industry experience desired but not required
Proven history of sales achievement
Background in and knowledge of construction and roofing systems desired
Sales presentation and demonstration skills
Ability to ask great questions to understand needs of clients

This is an independent position that is 100% commission based on invoiced sales.
