My Life Services is currently hiring for both part and full-time Independent Living Skills Trainers! If you are looking for a rewarding job with an amazing team and room for growth this is the place to be.
Independent Living Skill Trainers work with individuals that have a developmental disability and are referred by the Regional Center of Orange County by teaching on a case-by-case basis various skills that foster independence. As an ILS trainer, you will work in-home and in the community. Common skills include Cooking, meal preparation, shopping, scheduling and attending medical appointments, budgeting, and money management.
Our company values individuality and talent. We are looking for caring people that want to share their own skills and life experiences with the people we serve. This is not your typical office 9-5 pm position. We offer flexibility, you will make your own schedule with your clients however, we are looking for candidates that are available weekdays during normal business hours as most of our services are provided Mon- Fri. We currently also have a need for a part timer that is available early evenings and weekends.
Our agency is growing and has other programs that we are developing. We are looking for people to train and grow into leadership or specialized positions. We strive to pay the highest hourly rate in the field. We also offer opportunities for raises, bonuses, and other incentives. Our agency provides both cell phone and mileage reimbursement.
