Independent Field Inspector

If you are a small business owner or sole proprietor who enjoys working alone, keeping a flexible schedule, and the possibility of new or supplementary income, becoming a contractor for MD Field Service is the job for you.

MD Field Service is seeking independent contractors to handle field calls, letter deliveries, and small inspections on behalf of financial institutions. Although that is our specialty, we also participate in business inspections, Medicare inspections, vacant inspections, insurance inspections and property scans.

MD Field Service owners boast over 10 years’ experience--on both the field rep and management sides as well as working directly with lenders and clients. We offer a unique opportunity to enjoy the landscape that surrounds you and to do it on your own time.

If you are organized and reliable, a practiced driver and navigator, and are comfortable with everything from door knocking to conducting short interviews with home owners, please read on for our initial requirements.

Requirements:

• Pass a background check

• Have an up-to-date Smart Phone

• Have reliable internet, a computer, and a printer for upload time sensitive photos and reports

• Be available to work nights and weekends, if necessary, per client requirements

Upon submission, we will review your resume with your city/zip code and contact you if your area is available. Potential for most areas is $400 - $1,000 per month. Some areas higher. Note that limited areas are available.
