Full-Time Residential Coordinator
Independent by Design is an alternative to traditional adult foster care that allows flexibility to provide services tailored to the individual. These services are designed to adapt to the increasing or decreasing needs of individuals who live in their own homes. Services available include 24-hour emergency staff response with technology and supplemental support in areas including budgeting, menu planning, grocery shopping, assistance with medical appointments, and additional areas as identified.
The IBD Residential Coordinator (RC) provides professional, client-centered guidance and technology-based support to individuals with disabilities living in their own homes. This position is responsible for contributing to the day to day operation of the Supportive Living Services (SLS) Department and coordination of assigned client caseload. The RC performs ongoing duties in accordance with the State Consolidated Rule, coordinates and organizes office processes in cooperation with the SLS Director and SLS Assistant Directors, and coordinates services for individuals to achieve the highest quality of life possible, while promoting their goals to live more independently.
What are the hours?
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible Monday–Friday 8 A.M.–5 P.M.
