Qualifications:

• Director experience
• Teamwork and patience are necessary
• Flexible schedule
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Superior skills in creating a dynamic, interactive team experience
• CPR & First Aid Certifications
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Clean background check and medical clearance required
• Reliable transportation

Required education:
High school or equivalent

Key Job Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

• Engage and communicate effectively with parents, children and other team members
• Interact frequently, affectionately, and respectfully with children
• Facilitate regular parent/guardian communication
• Keep the environment and equipment safe, clean and attractive
• Support company mission, philosophies, values, goals, and policies to parent/guardians and team members
• Offer and share ideas and materials with coworkers
• Participate actively in the teaching the team through communication, collaboration, and curriculum planning.
