Inbound Sales Representative

Duties:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle incoming inquiries and calls from potential customers interested in our products/services.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.

Skills:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales
• Proven experience in Inbound Sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to effectively handle and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Inbound Sales processes is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ecommerce and Strong Email Communication
• Type min of 45 wpm
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 7-4 in person
