In the Inbound Sales Representative role, you'll support a pivotal phase in our customer journey by working to deliver real value quickly. You'll work with prospects and customers to understand their needs, guide them to value from our product, and convert them into happy, loyal customers. What to Expect · Qualify 20-30 daily Inbound Sales leads and free trial signups to identify and deliver best next steps and resources to drive prospect to free trial conversions and free trial to paying customer conversions. · Lead product demos that model the relevant uses-cases in which can help drive ROI and showcase additional relevant use-cases that will set the stage for long-term retention and expansion. · Run account setup calls with both free trial users and new customers to deliver immediate value and ensure a smooth onboarding experience that will familiarize them with our features and benefits and set the stage for their long-term success. · Implement sales motions that drive feature adoption and customer expansion. Monitor customer usage patterns, and leverage product and customer data, to identify, connect with, and convert customers to our consumable features and upmarket plans. · Collaborate with Marketing and Support to develop customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies. You'll share feedback and identify trends in customer conversations that will provide insights to company stakeholders and help drive product-development decisions. About You · You have proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology-related environment. · You have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets and driving feature adoption in a sales or customer success role. · You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an aptitude for presenting product features effectively to diverse audiences based on their unique needs and business objectives. · You have an analytical mindset that enables you to interpret usage and behavior data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make decisions that will drive customer retention and expansion.
