Purpose

Sales Associates perform inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers sourced through our multi-million-dollar national advertising campaign. Our products provide safety and security solution for our customers and their loved ones.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers.
• Meet and exceed goals by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Connect America products and services.
• Deliver best-in-class service experience in a professional courteous manner to our customers.
• Sell to prospective customers while providing security and safety solutions for them and their loved ones while working with the client to find the best solutions for their individual needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet sales goals.
• Must be available to work Second Shift Hours between 11AM and 9PM with one weekend day requirement.

Required Skills

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Prior experience in commission-based sales
• 6-12 months of high-volume call center with inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency with sales platforms, CRM data entry, internet and Microsoft
• Strong organizational skills to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment to meet sales goals.
• Previous successful sales experience required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-growing organization.
• Self-starter with ability to move at a fast pace, handle a heavy workload and prioritize tasks
• Must be 18 years of age, college graduates preferred; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
