Inbound Customer Service Representative

Studentreasures is a children's book publishing company located in Topeka, KS. We are looking for seasonal help to assist us with all aspects of Customer Service. We are seeking skilled and motivated Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients. Duties:
- Handle Inbound Customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and update customer profiles
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
