As a Call Center Agent for MaxCash, you will be the primary point of contact and communication between our customers and the lenders that we work with. You will become a trusted advisor and the voice of our company.
Being a Call Center Agent for MaxCash means providing the highest level of service possible, to ensure each and every customer that comes through our company receives the help they need.
Throughout your day, you will be in contact with many customers and you will match them with the best lender for them, based on the requirements they meet.
You will be interacting with customers through a variety of methods including phone calls, texting, and email.
We have strong relationships with some of the nation's largest lenders, so professionalism and attention to detail are a must.
We have our own software that keeps track of the customer, the possible lenders they may qualify for, and their progress in obtaining the loan.
We have offices throughout the country and maintain a team working environment. You must be able to get along with others and enjoy working with a team.
You will be required to work weekends on a rotating basis so you must be available Saturday or Sunday.
Our company is expanding and we are always looking for new leadership. We prefer to promote from within, and almost our whole management team started out as Call Center Agents. We have no issue investing in the right individual for professional development.
We are on the 4/10s schedule so that means you only work 4 days a week for 10 hours each day and get 3 days off.
Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience operating in a professional office
- Proficient PC skills - you will be operating with two large screens with various applications running on both
- Ability to multitask - able to input data while speaking with customers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
