```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a Cigar Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases to include maintenance of the lounge. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cigar retail and enjoy working.

```Duties:```

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales/lounge floor

- Restock merchandise and ensure proper humidor product placement

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

```Skills:```

- Strong understanding of cigar retail principles

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Previous experience in cigar retail sales is preferred

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc.

- Familiarity with cigar brands, accouchements and the ability to effectively sell them

- Ability to lift and move stock as needed

- Ability to secure "Clean Hands" in the District of Columbia preferred.
