What We Offer:
Responsibilities
• Imaging new desktops and laptops with approved image.
• Installation of new desktops and peripherals in a business environment
• Migrate data on old equipment to new equipment
• Staging of new equipment in warehouse and prep for delivery
• Unboxing, organizing, inventorying new and returned equipment
• Prepping returned equipment for disposal to include wiping, inventorying, and palletizing.
• Maintain accurate record of installation including quantities, serial numbers and asset numbers
• Troubleshoot out of box failures
• Supply delivery and inventory management
• Manage quarterly service billing by obtaining meter reads
Qualifications
• High degree of initiative
• Exceptionally skilled in organization, attention to detail and effective prioritization of duties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building strong customer relations
• Must possess a working knowledge of computers and currently used operating systems.
• Fundamental understanding of networking and troubleshooting basic network problems
• Must have basic mechanical aptitude

- 0-1 year in Installation of new desktops and peripherals in a business environment, migrate data on old equipment to new equipment
- Basic knowledge of IT.
- Understanding of PC's and related software.
- High School diploma
