In-Home Swim Instructor

BH Restorative Fitness is looking to hire professional and experienced Swim Instructors to teach private, semi-private, and small group swim lessons in our client's private homes & community pools, all within your location & surrounding cities! We supply the clients you set the schedule!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct private, Semi-private (2-3), and small group swim lessons (4+).
• Schedule swim lessons.
• Ability to travel to clients and teach in varying atmospheres
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess students' skills, monitor students' progress, and adapt lessons to meet students' & clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, safe, and effective learning experience for our swimmers.
• Communicate with parents, clients, or caregivers about your student's progress.

What to expect when working with BH Restorative Fitness LLC!

• You choose your work schedule.
• You will travel to clients' locations in your area to teach lessons.
• You set the travel distance to the client's locations.
• Receive multiple clients offers every month.
• You will be able to discuss a schedule and always be in direct contact with our clients and the bhrestorativefitness support team.

Payment:

We send out payments via Zelle within 1-5 days of receiving your invoice more details will be explained in depth during the application process.

Required Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 2 years providing swim instruction to students of any age.
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience working as a Swim Instructor
• CPR, First Aid, and American Red Cross Safety Instructor or Basic Swim Instructor certifications
• Strong swimming ability, and sound knowledge of proper swimming techniques and water safety rules
• This position requires candidates to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Contractors are required to carry their liability insurance.
• Swim Instructors are required to have their swim instruction equipment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
