In addition to teaching water safety to every swimmer, our goal is to teach confidence in the water that will translate to all parts of your swimmer's life.
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Swim Instructor to teach swimming to Special Needs Kids. The ideal candidate should be patient, caring, and have experience working with children with disabilities. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing swim lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of each child. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment.
Responsibilities:

• Teach swimming skills to children with Special Needs in a safe and supportive environment
• Develop individualized lesson plans that are tailored to each child's abilities and needs
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers about their child's progress and any concerns
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed during swim lessons
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Special Needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Background check
