In Home Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver to service the following locations: Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Codorva, and Rosville. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding position that allows you to provide essential care and support to those in need.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken as prescribed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of senior care, resident rights, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client transportation needs
- Must pass background checks and drug screening
