Daytime Caregiver

```
Duties:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately.
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents, reporting any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being by following established protocols and resident rights.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with transferring residents.
- Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to uphold them in all interactions.
- Familiarity with hospice care principles and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
