FirstLight HomeCare of the Northshore is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require help with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and contribute to their overall well-being.
Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed

Please note that previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
