Job Summary:

Peak is looking to hire In Home Caregivers (PCA/DSP) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to our team.

As a caregiver at Peak Medical Home Care, you’ll build relationships, improve the quality of life and serve the elderly in need of love and care. Your goal will be to help individuals enjoy life by helping them perform their simple daily functions; meal prep, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Maintain accurate records of care provided

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to observe changes in client's condition
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and transfers
