In Home Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your role will be crucial in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
- Ability to pass a background check
