We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
```Responsibilities:```
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up, laundry, and changing bed linens
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
```Experience:```
-1 year of Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- Must have a genuine passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
