In Home Caregiver For Seniors

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, allowing them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or other special needs is beneficial
- Experience in assisted living or memory care settings is a bonus
