SalaryWe are seeking an In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.
Male client needs someone during the day 9:30am to 7:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Client has dementia, needs assistance standing and sitting, and a companion. He lives with his wife who needs someone with him because he cannot be left alone. They do have a dog, he is very friendly and properly trained.
Responsibilities:
- Client has Dementia
- Provide routine individualized care
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing as needed
- Meal Prep as needed
- Light Housework
- Companion
- Safety Monitoring, help standing and sitting with a walker.
Qualifications:
- Reliability a must
- Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
