Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
• Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, toileting, eating, and transportation
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

Caregiver Requirements:

• Have completed a state approved PCA or HHA course or have a valid CNA certification in the State of Virginia
• Minimum one (1) year of in-Home care assistance experience
• Current CPR
• Current PPD (TB Test)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Car
• Auto Insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screening
